Event - I was in charge of making t-shirts for a charity drive that were supposed to say "Give & Receive" I didn't proof and there were about 10,000 made saying "Give & Recieve" It was my fault, but I passed the buck, saying the printer must have made the error.
Apology - It didn't make a difference. Only about 5 people noticed. But I should have just said I messed up and moved on. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does, I'll know what to do.
