No More Hair

Event - I'm going back in the time machine for this one - back to...kindergarten! I don't remember much from when I was 6, but I have a clear mental image of this. I'm playing on the playground with my best friend at the time, Jordy Cohen. We're playing with a huge bouncy ball and he's hogging it. So I push it out of his hand and it rolls towards the fence. We both take off after it. This is where time freezes. I remember thinking, "If I stay behind him and push him, he'll bounce off the fence and I'll get the ball." Seemed like a good plan, so I waited for the right moment, then shoved him. As planned, he smashed into the chain-link fence and bounced off it. Sadly, a chunk of his hair didn't. It got caught in the fence and ripped out of his head. No blood - just a screaming kid. On the plus side, I got the ball.

Apology - I was 6 - gimmee a break! I'm sure the teacher punished me good. Still, it sucks that I really planned it out in those 2 seconds before it happened. I know Jordy's hair grew back because he ratted me out on something I did in the 10th grade. Payback! Still, you get my apology.

Pajamas At School

Event - It was the last week of high school and bunch of us decided that we would wear pajamas to school. really sexy looking things. If we got in trouble, who cared, because it was the last week. but really it was just a trick on this one girl who was part of our group but that we found out was saying s**t about us. So the night before we all got together to show what we'd wear to convince her. The next day she was the only one who showed up in her pajamas. She went home after first period crying.

Apology - That was 8 years ago and I still feel bad. And I work with her now. Sorry.

Gym Shorts

Event - There was this red head guy in school that many of us made fun of. Rotten of us, I know. He was really pale and never dressed for PE because he was self concious. So the coach finally got sick of it and told him if he didn't dress the next day he'd get suspended. The next day a guy I knew went into the redhead's locker and threw away his shorts so he couldn't dress. I saw him do it. The guy got suspended for 2 weeks because hte coach didn't beleive the story his shorts were stolen.

Apology - It was bad enough that i also picked on the guy, but I should have told on the guy who tossed his shorts. I hope no damage was done and i'm sorry.

Event - In high school, I used to sit next to one of the most unpopular girls in school. I know she was trying to be nice to me by giving me gum every day, and I just couldn't resist returning the favor at least once ... only I gave her laxative gum.

Apology - I'm sorry I was so mean. You never deserved all the awful things people said and did. I promise I've changed over the past 25 years, and what I did to you has haunted me. I've looked for you, and if I ever find you on Facebook, I'll apologize directly to you.

A Possbile Ruined Friendshp

Event - Well, this one is a long one. I know this girl since September when I started grade 12. I'm not a great looking guy and I'm pretty shy around girls. Math class, I end up taking my seat at the back of the class. I look to see all of my new classmates. Then this pretty girl comes into class. Weeks later, I end up sitting behind her. We exchanged hellos. We end up having 3 classes together in semester 2. We became good friends, talking on facebook and msn. I grew a love for her. In June, I decided to tell her that I love her. She admired that I had the guts to just come out and say that. Problem, she was trying to get back with her ex and they were arguing a lot (she claims it was "stupid s***"). So I asked her what was wrong and I got a bit nosy. Nosy to the point where she would rarely talk to me anymore.

Apology - I am truly sorry for trying to get too involved in your personal life. If I knew beforehand that you were trying to get back with your ex, I wouldn't have told you then and there that I love you. Hopefully, we can put this behind up and go back to our great friendship that we made over the school year. I am very sorry.
