| Event - I used to work at Pizza Hut, and one day we got an order for 4 large pizzas to some address far away, they were all the same type of pizza, and we'd never heard of the address before, seemed a little suspicious. I took the delivery, and sure enough, the address didn't exist, and the phone number was a fake. I took the order back and stuck it in the warmer. The managers were pissed about the prank, but oh well. An hour or so later, I had another delivery right next to my house, so I grabbed 2 of the 4 pizzas from the prank order and dropped them off at my house. Also, I told one of the cooks to take the other 2, since he was about to get off. When I got back the manager was trying to figure out where the missing pizzas were, and being an immature 18 year old, I played dumb. A week later, he told me he was sure that the cook had stolen the pizzas, and that he had fired him. |
| Apology - Technically the manager was right, the cook did steal 2 of the pizzas, but it was all my idea and I stole the other 2, so it was my fault. The pizzas were an hour old and un-sellable, but it was still stealing, and I was wrong to do it, and more wrong to let the cook take all the blame. |
