Event - It was my stepfather's birthday and I didn't really like him much. But my mom had an attack if I didn't get him something or treat him nice. So his birthday rolls around and I forgot to get him anything. On the way to the house for his party, I heard on the radio there was a big earthquake in China a couple days before, and they were asking for donations to send. So at the party, I told him that I made a donation to the charity in his name : )
Apology - I don't apologize to my stepfather or mother. I shouldn't have to get a gift for someone I don't like. But I apologize to the people in China for using them in my lie.
Event - When the big California earthquake hit, my apartment was a mess after and everything was smashed. Except this one big picture my boyfriend insisted we hang on the wall. It was one of those cheesy 90s pictures who I can\'t think of the artist. So after we got out, we were allowed to go back inside for 15 minutes to rescue what we could. I went in a couple minutes before my boyfriend and I saw the picture laying on the ground and in perfect condition. I stepped right on it and crushed it. It was a big picture, so I actually had to jump on it a couple more times to break it. My boyfriend was so sad.
Apology - I guess it was hard enough for us losing all that other stuff, I should have given him his horrible picture. If we were still together I\'d get him a new one.
