No More Hair

| Event - I'm going back in the time machine for this one - back to...kindergarten! I don't remember much from when I was 6, but I have a clear mental image of this. I'm playing on the playground with my best friend at the time, Jordy Cohen. We're playing with a huge bouncy ball and he's hogging it. So I push it out of his hand and it rolls towards the fence. We both take off after it. This is where time freezes. I remember thinking, "If I stay behind him and push him, he'll bounce off the fence and I'll get the ball." Seemed like a good plan, so I waited for the right moment, then shoved him. As planned, he smashed into the chain-link fence and bounced off it. Sadly, a chunk of his hair didn't. It got caught in the fence and ripped out of his head. No blood - just a screaming kid. On the plus side, I got the ball. |
| Apology - I was 6 - gimmee a break! I'm sure the teacher punished me good. Still, it sucks that I really planned it out in those 2 seconds before it happened. I know Jordy's hair grew back because he ratted me out on something I did in the 10th grade. Payback! Still, you get my apology. |
