Bad Hair Day

| Event - I cut hair at a chain store and butchered this guy's hair last week. I'm not sure what happened, but I cut one side waay too short, then had to crop the other side to match. We were taught that if we make a mistake to play if off as if it was exactly what we intended to do, and I did that, but he was pissed. I told him it looked great but he wasn't buying it. He talked to my manager and took down the info to contact the corporate office. |
| Apology - I hate that I had to act like I did nothing wrong. I made a mistake and what's the crime in admitting that? It makes me human. So give the guy back his 9 bucks. Who cares? |

I had this one job where my boss ordered me to lie. I quit that job instantly. How can a person order another person to degrade themselves? Is it worth it? |
